Authorizes operation of a UTV or recreational vehicle on designated Lincoln city streets. Missouri liability insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

Fee: $15.00 annually (expires December 31)

Missouri evidence of liability insurance is required at time of application and must be continuously maintained.
City-issued license must be affixed to the left rear of the UTV and visible from the rear.
It is the owner's responsibility to know which streets are approved for UTV / recreational vehicle operation.
