Water Service Application

Apply to start, transfer, or stop water and sewer service at a Lincoln address. A $25 non-refundable processing fee plus a $150 water deposit is due at time of application.

Home owners may have the $150 deposit credited to the account after 12 consecutive months of no late or NSF payments.
Tenants: deposit is applied to the final bill at service termination and any balance is refunded by check.
Payments received after the 25th of each month incur a 20% penalty. If service is shut off, a $25 re-connect fee applies.
Per Ordinance #447, the City may refuse water service to a property with a delinquent charge — even in the name of a subsequent tenant or owner.
